Since November is Thanksgiving Time...

I thought I'd start early with the giving thanks thing. Tonight, I am grateful for:

A mom who lights up so much when my sisters and I "let" her hang out with us. She loves how young we keep her, and I love how fun (and funny/nerdy) she is.

A dad who makes the best homemade caramel ever!

Sisters who are finally old enough to also be my bestest friends.

My BFF Mel and her hubby and her mom and her sister who are so fun to hang out with. (And have been for the last 12 years! Except Nick, who's been fun since we met but that was only like 4 years ago)

Good music.

Evidence that God knows me and loves me.

Parking-lot conversations under the stars

Internet television

Sappy romance movies

LAUGHTER!!!

Blogs that let me keep tabs on friends and family that live far away.

Ok, that's all I have for now. Well, at least all I can think of. I'm grateful for lots more stuff, obviously, but for some reason I thought I was in a writing mood but I'm getting writers block now. It's a start at least and I'll try to remember all the rest of the parts of my life that make me happy and thankful for future entries.

Dude... so... I've been reading your friend Cordy's blog... because I am a snoop and... that guy Seth is a WOMANIZER!! It brings back old flashbacks of my dating experiences and I feel horrible that he's toying with her, but she is LETTING him! After all that teasing.. if she's still going after him, it's her own fault. Hate to say it, but it's true. someone needs to talk some sense into her. I was going to write her this huge long, you don't know me, but... post, but she's blocked comments. I suddenly am reminded how lucky I am to have met your cousin and married him. She only wants him so badly because she can't have him. My experiences tell me that she should go for the guy that actually cares about her!

Ok, off my soap box now.. :)

Let me know how that stuff works. Do you just get it at Sally's or what? I bought 2 bottles of the biolage stuff from ebay, so I'll be set for a long time, but I'm glad to know a generic brand ripped off the biolage spray so I won't be totally without it someday! Its better than my plan which was to just hope that by the time I ran out biolage decided to sell it again!

The glycolic peel is a MUST though, for sure. And no, it doesn't make your skin all peeling and gross, it makes it soft, clear, and AMAZING! I am so in love with it!

Hopefully you can come out here soon; it seems as though we'll be here for a while!

And also, automatic flushers. Gotta be thankful for those.
